Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery of credit will be sent to the email address that submitted the initial enquiry, they can redeem or send elsewhere if required.
  • Credit will be sent within 7 days post functions.
  • Credit will be applied using 1 code regardless of value.
  • Credit expires in 6 months.
  • Customer must have the Pass app to redeem credit.
  • Credit owed is rounded down to nearest applicable figure. E.g. Customer spends $1500 on a function, they receive a $100 voucher.
  • Function booked via Ivvy, not applicable to large group bookings in SevenRooms.
  • Credit not available to be earned on bookings made prior to 25/08/2025.
